I've tried TCGCases in germany, ive tried the mega ebay shop "prdisplays" which seems the go-to in my country (UK) and honestly you are the highest quality, best build quality, even best looking ones ive had.. your price point is even the same as the competition.
TCGCases were nice but it was screw assembly and had open gaps along the side, allowing dust to enter. prdisplays are just sloppy, the sliding pane to take product in and out of the case was loose/tight/variable on each one.

The bag is very well made and feels like high quality—I’m genuinely happy with it.
However, I find the product presentation misleading. The images and description prominently show three deck boxes, but these are not included. This detail should be stated clearly and upfront, not hidden in a vague or easily overlooked side note. It’s particularly frustrating given that the deck boxes displayed actually cost more than the bag itself.

We are sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the deck boxes. We do not state anywhere that the deck boxes are included. In fact, we mention on the product page that accessories like deck boxes are not included. The intention of the photos is to show what fits inside the bag, not what is included.
We will review this again and look into making it even more obvious, for example by highlighting this information more strongly.

I love the binder, quality is great and everything. But turns out I kinda really like the 2x2 green binder, was considering tryna swap it but I think its now out of stock, it wasnt the last time i checked :( the shipping is quite expensive to the uk, when would you guys next have the green one in ? and does shipping change if the product is smaller like the 2x2? or more cost effective if i buy more things?

I got message from FedEx having to pay traffif fees and customs fees. Im just mad that you as company didn't let me know that. Keep your customers aware. And also paying 80 bucks per binder is enough money stop taking so much money from us hard workers. Keep people aware of hidden fees or include it.

The US government and customs authorities unfortunately set these charges. Since late August 2025, the current US administration changed import rules in the United States, subjecting orders from outside the US to tariffs. This is something that did not apply in the same way before. I hope you know this is not something we do or want.
We do our best to make this as clear as possible. We ship worldwide and the top section of our shipping policy page explains potential import duties / tariffs to our US customers. We also display the applicable Incoterms during checkout.
