The sleeves are smooth and clear. They make it real easy to pull the card from your toploader. I had to fold the tab back to fit my binder. But that's fine.
Received 3 toploader binders recently, one of them very nice, high quality, the other two had apparent defects which I take is rare given the good reviews. I reached out through email and their website to see if the issue could be remedied in some way and still have not received a response. I love the normal binder, I just feel robbed on the other two. Still hoping for a response, but not getting my hopes up

We do want to give some clarity on the communication side. We received your first email on June 14th at 10 PM and replied the next business day at 9:50 AM, asking for photos of the defect so we could quickly work toward a solution. We didn't hear back after that.
You then sent a second email letting us know you hadn't heard from us. We replied to that right away as well, including screenshots of our earlier response to show we had in fact reached out. We didn't hear anything back after that reply either, and shortly after, this review appeared.
I just gave you a call myself, and together we concluded that our emails weren't reaching your mailbox. We're still ready to help resolve this, and we're looking forward to hearing from you (via your brother's email, as discussed) so we can help.
We will never ignore a customer and I just wanted this to be very clear.

I am very pleased with the quality of the top loader binders. Nice feel to the cover and clear pages that fit cards securely. The toploaders themselves are also great with nice clear plastic and a tight quality fit. While it has nothing to do with the products, do keep in mind that an order to the US will cost you duties. The extra fees owed nearly doubled the shipping on my order, which was already high.
Regarding the review of the traditional Premium Sleeved Binder, I can say that I am very satisfied with its overall quality and appearance. The only thing I didn't like is that I noticed the outermost pockets on the pages seem to have less space for the cards. As a result, the cards tend to slip out of those pockets. I'm not sure if this is a manufacturing defect or if they are simply designed that way.

Is a great binder, I’m overly protective of my collection so nothing less than a top loading binder would do and nothing less than gemloader was considered
My fiancée has just joined the hobby and wanted to treat her and myself to a premium binder. I have to say this binder delivers!! They look so good and it presents the cards nicely. Its the only decent product ive seen for this purpose, And whilst its nearly perfect I have some constructive criticism that i feel would make it that much better.
1. the interior inserts are quite flismy, was expecting more rigid in place dividers that would hold the slabs in the same position. If you put all 14 slabs in each divider you have 2 or 3 that sit at a complete different height due to hitting the seams on either end.
2. The cards laying perpendicular to the bag with the amount of space above the slabs cause for too much involuntary movement when walking around.
Overall 8/10 product, quality is amazing and if those 2 concerns were fixed it would be the perfect bag.
