Acrylic Case Display Pre Order Update:  January 14th, 2026

The pre order period for our new Acrylic Case Displays is now live. This is a pre order product with limited availability. Please note that if your order includes this item, your entire order will be shipped once the pre order product is in stock.

All acrylic display pre orders are expected to be shipped before or during mid February 2026 (by February 13 at the latest). Orders will be shipped from our headquarters in the Netherlands (EU).

Please note that this date refers to the dispatch date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated transit times are shown during checkout.

The pre-order period for our Premium 3" x 4" Toploader Fit Collector’s Binder (336 pockets, 3x4) is now closed.

All items included in this pre-order have been packed and shipped by January 15. This means that every pre-order placed for this product has left our warehouse on January 15.

Please note: This date refers to the start of your package's journey. Actual delivery times will depend on your location and chosen shipping method. You can view estimated transit times during checkout.

Pre-Order Overview

During pre-order periods, we sometimes offer exclusive discounts as a thank-you for waiting. Please note that prices will increase to their regular retail price once the pre-order period ends.

How Does Pre-Ordering Work?

  1. Estimated Shipping Date:

    • We ship your order as soon as all products in the order are ready for dispatch.
    • The estimated shipping date will be clearly mentioned on the product page and on this information page.
    • While we strive to meet this date, unforeseen circumstances can cause slight delays. If any changes occur, we’ll keep you updated here and via the product page.

  2. Tracking Information:

    • You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order is prepared for shipment.

  3. Full Shipment Policy:

    • If your order contains multiple items, everything will be shipped together. This means the entire order will wait until the pre-order product is ready.

  4. Cancellations:

    • You can cancel your pre-order anytime before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, orders can only be canceled if the package is returned to us unopened. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

  5. Delivery Time:

    • Shipments from our headquarters in the Netherlands (Europe) may take longer for international orders. The estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout.

Our products are in high demand, and stock can sell out quickly. Pre-ordering guarantees that you will secure your Gemloader products at a discounted price before they return to regular retail pricing.

Important Reminder: Once the pre-order window closes, it is not possible to claim this discount retroactively.
