Fair review

Premium quality binder, displays cards well and clearly protects well. Inner lining lovely. However my one criticism (based on quality for price as these are expensive) is that I would expect the zip to be better quality or more thought out.

I purchased 2 of these binders and the same issue with both. When the binder is fully open, the zip will not automatically close without having to pull the fabric together which can be really tricky at times.

If they fix this issue it’s a 5 star binder for sure.

We do honestly wish we had heard from you directly first before the review was posted. We are always here to properly inform and assist customers whenever something feels disappointing or unclear, and we are always willing to help wherever possible.

This happens with these binders because of the square shaped spine/construction. When the binder is fully opened and then closed again, the zipper must move around a sharper corner compared to other rounded cover designs. That tighter corner movement can sometimes make the zipper feel a little less smooth while closing.

These binders are currently fully sold out. For future production runs, we definitely investigate whether adjusting the zipper in some way could make closing the binder smoother and easier.
