Our brand have grown significantly, something we are extremely grateful for. This is only possible because of our amazing customers, and we sincerely thank you for your support over the years.
However, this growth has also caused unexpected stock issues across nearly all product categories. Restocking involves many steps, and because we are committed to providing only the highest quality products, we must source the right materials and ensure every product meets our quality standards.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work hard to restock while continuing to deliver products of the highest possible quality.
Restock Timeline
Since we are often asked when specific products will return, we have created a preliminary restock timeline.

Acrylic Display Category, PRE-ORDER LIVE since October 10th, 2026
Pre-orders for currently sold-out acrylic displays open on October 10th, with a pre-order discount on participating products.
We expect to begin dispatching orders in approximately 5–6 business days. Acrylic displays require careful packing, so a shipping queue will form. Orders are processed in the order they are placed: the earlier you order, the earlier your turn.
Our current target is to dispatch all orders from this pre-order wave by November 16th, 2026. This is an estimated final dispatch date, not the expected shipping date for every order. The pre-order period will close once the queue has been cleared.

Binder Category
Our next major binder restock is expected to be ready for dispatch during the first or second week of November 2026, including currently unavailable models and colours.
Important Note:
These timelines are rough estimates and can change depending on production flow. If one product experiences delays, it may impact the following products. On the other hand, some products might be available sooner. We promise to work as quickly and efficiently as possible without sacrificing quality.

Please keep in mind that waiting for one product to restock could mean another product becomes sold out. If there’s something you want, we recommend staying informed and acting quickly when it’s available.
