A pre order wave is currently live [since May 28th, 2026]  for our Graded Card Case for PSA, BGS & other slabs of equal dimensions [36 Spots].

These products are currently being offered at a discount to thank you for your patience and support during the pre order period.

In addition, selected color variants of the following products are now [since June 5th, 2026] also available for pre order:

• Premium 3''X4'' toploader fit collector's binder [216 pockets 3X3] selected colors
• Premium 3''X4'' toploader fit collector's binder [112 pockets 2X2] selected colors

Important information regarding all pre orders:

If your order contains one or more pre order items, your entire order will only be shipped once all pre order products in your order are available and ready for dispatch. This also applies if your order contains additional in stock items.

Current estimated shipping timelines from our headquarters in the Netherlands:

Estimated shipping before the end of June 2026.

• Selected pre order variants of the Premium 3''X4'' Toploader Binders [216 pockets 3X3] and [112 pockets 2X2]
Estimated shipping before the second week of July 2026.

Pre-Order Overview

We at Gemloader would like to extend a huge thank you to all of our loyal customers, early birds, and community members for your patience and support. During pre-order periods, we sometimes offer exclusive discounts as a thank-you for waiting. Please note that prices will increase to their regular retail price once the pre-order period ends.

How Does Pre-Ordering Work?

  1. Estimated Shipping Date:

    • We ship your order as soon as all products in the order are ready for dispatch.
    • The estimated shipping date will be clearly mentioned on the product page and on this information page.
    • While we strive to meet this date, unforeseen circumstances can cause slight delays. If any changes occur, we’ll keep you updated here and via the product page.

  2. Tracking Information:

    • You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order is prepared for shipment.

  3. Full Shipment Policy:

    • If your order contains multiple items, everything will be shipped together. This means the entire order will wait until the pre-order product is ready.

  4. Cancellations:

    • You can cancel your pre-order anytime before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, orders can only be canceled if the package is returned to us unopened. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

  5. Delivery Time:

    • Shipments from our headquarters in the Netherlands (Europe) may take longer for international orders. The estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout.

Our products are in high demand, and stock can sell out quickly. Pre-ordering guarantees that you will secure your Gemloader products at a discounted price before they return to regular retail pricing.

Important Reminder: Once the pre-order window closes, it is not possible to claim this discount retroactively.
