Pre-Order Update

Previous Binder Pre-Order Wave

As of July 27th, every pre-order from our previous binder wave has either:

  • Been shipped
  • Been packed and is ready for collection by the carrier
  • Been placed on hold because we have contacted you with a question regarding your delivery address

If you have not received tracking information or any communication from us, please contact us through the contact form on our website or by email at info@gemloader.com.

We sincerely thank everyone for their patience throughout this binder pre-order period. The number of orders we received was incredible, and your patience, enthusiasm and support are greatly appreciated.

Current Sleeves and Toploaders Pre-Order

As of July 28th, a new pre-order wave is live for products within our Sleeves and Toploaders category.

Please read the information below carefully before placing your order so that you understand how our pre-order period works.

How Does the Pre-Order Work?

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the pre-order products are not ready for immediate shipment.

If your order also contains products that are currently in stock, your entire order will only be shipped once all pre-order items in your order are ready for dispatch. We do not split these orders into separate shipments.

Expected Shipping Schedule

We expect the first pre-orders placed on July 28th to be prepared and dispatched almost immediately, potentially from the next working day.

However, we expect to receive a very large number of orders. As more pre-orders are placed, a shipping queue will form. All orders will be processed in the order in which they were placed. Your dispatch time will therefore depend on your position in the queue.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding while our team prepares and dispatches each order carefully.

We currently expect all pre-orders from this wave to have been dispatched from our headquarters in the Netherlands by the end of August 2026. We have deliberately allowed a generous timeframe to account for the expected order volume and shipping queue.

End of the Pre-Order Period

Once all pre-orders from this wave have been fulfilled, the pre-order period will automatically end.

Shipping Information

The estimated shipping timeline refers to the dispatch of your order from our headquarters in the Netherlands.

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, the final delivery time will still depend on your destination country and the shipping carrier.

As soon as your shipment has been dispatched, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Cancelling Your Pre-Order

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order has been shipped.

Once your cancellation has been confirmed, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible. In most cases, the refunded amount will appear back in your account within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

We'll continue updating this page whenever there are important developments regarding the current pre-order wave.

If necessary, we'll also update the relevant product pages with the latest information regarding estimated availability and shipping progress.

Pre-Order Overview

We at Gemloader would like to extend a huge thank you to all of our loyal customers, early birds, and community members for your patience and support. During pre-order periods, we sometimes offer exclusive discounts as a thank-you for waiting. Please note that prices will increase to their regular retail price once the pre-order period ends.

How Does Pre-Ordering Work?

  1. Estimated Shipping Date:

    • We ship your order as soon as all products in the order are ready for dispatch.
    • The estimated shipping date will be clearly mentioned on the product page and on this information page.
    • While we strive to meet this date, unforeseen circumstances can cause slight delays. If any changes occur, we’ll keep you updated here and via the product page.

  2. Tracking Information:

    • You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order is prepared for shipment.

  3. Full Shipment Policy:

    • If your order contains multiple items, everything will be shipped together. This means the entire order will wait until the pre-order product is ready.

  4. Cancellations:

    • You can cancel your pre-order anytime before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, orders can only be canceled if the package is returned to us unopened. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

  5. Delivery Time:

    • Shipments from our headquarters in the Netherlands (Europe) may take longer for international orders. The estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout.

Our products are in high demand, and stock can sell out quickly. Pre-ordering guarantees that you will secure your Gemloader products at a discounted price before they return to regular retail pricing.

Important Reminder: Once the pre-order window closes, it is not possible to claim this discount retroactively.
