Thank you for placing your order with us. We are genuinely sorry to hear that the import charges came as such an unpleasant surprise.
We reviewed your order and, due to its high total value, the import fees can unfortunately be substantial. These charges are imposed by the US authorities, not by us, and are separate from the shipping costs paid to us.
When the Trump administration introduced these changes to US import regulations at the end of August 2025, we added a dedicated section at the very top of our Shipping Policy specifically to inform our American customers about the tariffs.
We also clearly state during checkout that import duties and taxes are not included. While we completely understand your frustration, we truly hope Gemloader will not be held responsible for a US governmental decision that is entirely beyond our control.

Great product 100% recopmended for holos
Splendid binder that displays PSA and Beckett slabs while keeping them secure inside the pockets of their “pages”. While TAG slabs do not fit (slightly too small) I was able to receive a suggestion from customer service, based on feedback from another customer, on a solution for better securing the TAG slabs which works wonderfully! Customer Service was extremely thorough and very quick to respond :)
This is a really great binder to hold and display your favorite slabs!

A very nice and slick design. But the protective foil is sometimes hard to Peel off. Besides that it’s very nice!

Absolute genius design, I think they're fantastic.
Good quality toploaders—the colour is a nice touch too.
Protective film is on both sides which is time-consuming to get off; however, is important to keep them scratch-free.
I love my Gemloader binder. It is premium quality and looks fabulous. I use it along with the green toploaders and green sleeves with pull tabs. It makes me appreciate my card collection even more.
Les toploaders sont serré pour du 35 pt même trop je dirais la qualité est au rendez vous la suivi qualité aussi mais je l’es trouve un peux serré pour pas forcer la carte on doit l’ouvrir a la main et le desserrer un peux pour pouvoir mettre la carte sans forcer
Prodotto di qualità veramente eccelsa. Ma ancora meglio è l’assistenza. Purtroppo ho avuto un problema con un articolo dell’ordine e l’assistenza si è offerta di risarcire e rimandare un altro prodotto. Processo discretamente rapido, ma qualità dei prodotti e dell’assistenza senza eguali!
Sicherheit und alles was dazugehört. Beste Tasche die ich hätte kaufen können. Auf der Messe einige mit der Tasche gesehen unglaublich gut. Auch das Reißverschluss System ist Perfekt. Kann ich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Genug Platz für etliche Einzelkarten gegradete Karten und sogar das Portmonee :)
