PRE-ORDER LIVE, Acrylic Displays

From October 10th, 2026, most currently sold-out acrylic display variants will be available to pre-order with a pre-order discount.

How Does the Pre-Order Work?

Pre-order products are not ready for immediate shipment. If your order also contains in-stock products, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready. We do not split these orders into separate shipments.

Acrylic displays require careful packing, so a shipping queue will form. Orders are processed in the order they are placed: the earlier you order, the earlier your turn.

Expected Shipping Schedule

We expect to begin dispatching the first pre-orders in approximately 5–6 business days. Your individual dispatch date will depend on the products ordered and your position in the queue.

Our current target is to dispatch all orders from this pre-order wave by November 16th, 2026. Many orders are expected to ship earlier, but please allow until this date when placing your order.

This is an estimated dispatch deadline, rather than a delivery date. Delivery time begins once your parcel leaves our warehouse in the Netherlands.

End of the Pre-Order Period

The pre-order period and discount will end once all orders from this wave have been dispatched. This may happen before November 16th.

Shipping Information

The estimated shipping timeline refers to the dispatch of your order from our headquarters in the Netherlands.

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, the final delivery time will still depend on your destination country and the shipping carrier.

As soon as your shipment has been dispatched, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Cancelling Your Pre-Order

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order has been shipped.

Once your cancellation has been confirmed, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible. In most cases, the refunded amount will appear back in your account within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Pre-Order Overview

We at Gemloader would like to extend a huge thank you to all of our loyal customers, early birds, and community members for your patience and support. During pre-order periods, we sometimes offer exclusive discounts as a thank-you for waiting. Please note that prices will increase to their regular retail price once the pre-order period ends.

How Does Pre-Ordering Work?

  1. Estimated Shipping Date:

    • We ship your order as soon as all products in the order are ready for dispatch.
    • The estimated shipping date will be clearly mentioned on the product page and on this information page.
    • While we strive to meet this date, unforeseen circumstances can cause slight delays. If any changes occur, we’ll keep you updated here and via the product page.

  2. Tracking Information:

    • You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order is prepared for shipment.

  3. Full Shipment Policy:

    • If your order contains multiple items, everything will be shipped together. This means the entire order will wait until the pre-order product is ready.

  4. Cancellations:

    • You can cancel your pre-order anytime before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, orders can only be canceled if the package is returned to us unopened. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

  5. Delivery Time:

    • Shipments from our headquarters in the Netherlands (Europe) may take longer for international orders. The estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout.

Important Reminder: Once the pre-order window closes, it is not possible to claim this discount retroactively.
