Holiday Season Shipping & Service Information

During the holiday season, our shipping carriers and our own customer service schedule operate differently than usual. This page gives you a clear overview of all pickup limitations, holiday closures, and expected delays so you know exactly what to expect during this busy period.

Thank you in advance for your understanding. The holiday period is always extremely busy for all carriers and us, and delays are unfortunately very common. We kindly ask for your patience as we have no control over these delays. We will, of course, always do our best to inform you if we receive any updates or become aware of issues with your shipment.

Carrier Pickup Schedule During the Holidays

Below you will find the exact days on which our carriers either do not pick up parcels at all or only collect shipments in the morning. Orders placed after the morning cut-off on these days will be delayed until the next available pickup.

December 24 – Morning pickup only

Carriers operate on reduced hours for Christmas Eve. Any orders placed after the morning may only be collected after the holidays.

December 25 – No pickup (Christmas Day)

Carriers are fully closed for the national holiday. No shipments leave our warehouse.

December 26 – No pickup (Boxing Day / Dutch holiday)

This is a national holiday in the Netherlands. Carriers do not collect parcels on this day.
Since the weekend starts the day after, we will not be available once the weekend begins.

December 29 – Morning pickup only

Due to reduced holiday staffing, carriers only pick up in the morning.

December 31 – No pickup (New Year's Eve)

Carriers do not collect on this day.

January 1 – No pickup (New Year’s Day)

This is a national holiday in the Netherlands. Carriers do not collect on this day.

Expected Holiday Delays

Every year, the entire global logistics network becomes overloaded during December. This often results in:

• Delayed scans
• Parcels stuck longer in sorting centers
• Increased customs processing times
• Longer transit times for international shipments

We kindly ask for your understanding that these delays are outside our control.
However, we promise to do everything we can to assist you and to keep you informed if we receive updates from the carrier.

Your patience is genuinely appreciated.
