Before dispatch, our shipping system could not verify part of the address provided, so we contacted you for clarification and temporarily held the parcel while awaiting your response.

We did not do this to delay your shipment. We did it specifically to ensure that the parcel could be delivered correctly on the first attempt, rather than risking a failed delivery or return. Once the address was confirmed, the parcel was shipped and successfully delivered.

We are also sorry that the plastic did not fully meet your expectations. Our binder pages are made from the highest-quality polypropylene. If something appears damaged, defective or unusual, please contact us with photographs so we can investigate it.

If you are generally unhappy, you are also welcome to contact us about returning the binder in accordance with our return conditions. We are always available to help find a suitable solution. We have sent you an email and hope to continue the conversation there.

The $33.78 FedEx invoice is not an additional shipping charge from Gemloader, nor is it paid to us. Since August 29, 2025, the US government under the Trump administration has ended duty-free de minimis treatment for imported shipments. FedEx collects the resulting import duties and possible administration fees from the recipient. Unfortunately, these charges are outside our control. We do state during checkout that duties and taxes are not included.

Our packaging is intentionally functional and minimal while protecting the binder during international transport. We appreciate your comments and will consider them for future improvements.
