Shipping Update Due to Severe Weather Conditions in the Netherlands

At the moment, a code orange weather warning is in effect across almost the entire Netherlands due to heavy snowfall, as issued by the Dutch Meteorological Institute (KNMI). These conditions are causing significant disruption to road traffic and logistics nationwide.

Because of this, several carriers have adjusted or temporarily suspended their pickup schedules. We have just been informed that DPD is not performing pickups on January 7. Unfortunately, this confirmation was received relatively late during the day, after normal pickup planning had already taken place.

What this means for your order

  • All orders are still being processed and packed as usual

  • If you placed an order, it will be prepared and ready for shipment

  • You will receive your tracking information once your label is created

  • Your order will be shipped with the first possible next pickup

At this moment, we expect the next pickup to take place on January 8, provided that weather conditions improve and carriers resume normal operations. Please note that this timing is subject to change depending on how the situation develops.

Important to know

We completely understand that delays are frustrating and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Please rest assured that we are doing everything possible to ship your order as soon as transport becomes available again.

Thank you for your understanding and continued trust in us.
