The binder was great quality, but half of the top loaders had massive gashes, scratches and entire pieces off of them

I just read your comments, and I’m genuinely sorry to hear about the condition of the toploaders. From your description, it sounds like either the protective film may still have been on the surface, which can look like scratches and scuffs, or the toploaders may have unfortunately been damaged in transit. This thin layer is meant to protect the surface during transit and is easily removable.
In either case, we absolutely would have loved to assist you, and still can. I’ve just reached out privately and would be happy to take a closer look and offer a solution.

Premium 3''X4'' toploader fit collector's binder [216 pockets 3X3]
The binder is great and will last me for a while since I’m only using it for art rares etc. I am a little bummed that a larger version of it went live once I received mine but I’ll probably be getting that later on when I eventually run out of space on the current one.
