Great product but QC is awful.

I ordered 3 packs of these toploaders. For the sleeves that are clean, the product is great and does it's job just fine and they look really nice. Unfortunately more than half of the sleeves are unuseable in each pack especially for long term storage. There is residue on the inside and it is not from air or pressure, it transfers onto cards after they've been in them for a while.

We were already in contact regarding these sleeves in May. At the time, you sent us a photos in which it appeared there might be some dust particles or another issue. We immediately started assisting you and asked for some additional information so we could properly investigate.

Unfortunately, after our email of May 7th, we never received a reply back. We asked how many sleeves were affected and requested a few more photos or a short video, as we had only seen a single sleeve in the images you sent. Without that information, we unfortunately couldn't continue our investigation or offer an solution.

That's why we're a little sad to see this review, as we were already in the process of helping you.

Please know that we're still more than happy to assist you. We've just reached out to you again in the original email thread and hope to continue the conversation there.
