We were already in contact regarding these sleeves in May. At the time, you sent us a photos in which it appeared there might be some dust particles or another issue. We immediately started assisting you and asked for some additional information so we could properly investigate.
Unfortunately, after our email of May 7th, we never received a reply back. We asked how many sleeves were affected and requested a few more photos or a short video, as we had only seen a single sleeve in the images you sent. Without that information, we unfortunately couldn't continue our investigation or offer an solution.
That's why we're a little sad to see this review, as we were already in the process of helping you.
Please know that we're still more than happy to assist you. We've just reached out to you again in the original email thread and hope to continue the conversation there.
