I have ordered from other companies when it comes to acrylic cases and gem loader is the only one that didn't come with anti slip feet to attach at the bottom. It cost more and the shipping was as much as the product itself. I honestly couldn't justify the price to anyone based off those specifics. The other companies were basically the same item with cheaper shipping and the feet for anti slip. Don't waste your money

We do find it a unfortunate that our product received a two-star rating based on two aspects that were already transparent before the purchase. The international shipping costs were clearly displayed during checkout, and unfortunately, shipping across the ocean to the other side of the world is significantly more expensive. Our Acrylic Case Display is not advertised as including anti-slip feet.
That said, we genuinely appreciate every customer, when someone has had a less positive experience. We would very much like the opportunity to discuss this with you and see if we can turn your experience into a positive one.

The acrylic cases you purchased are unfortunately not the correct acrylic cases for the boxes you mentioned. The Gem Pack Vol. 4 and Vol. 5 boxes have different dimensions than these acrylic cases are designed for. The product dimensions of our acrylics are always listed on the product page so they can be compared before purchasing.
We are sorry to receive a 1 star review without having had the opportunity to help. If the product is not suitable for your intended use, a return and refund are of course possible.
